I wa visiting Highpoint Market from Canada and wanted a southern food experience, told my multiple people from airport to Highpoi I had to go to Stephanie’s for a real experience. I went to Cracker Barrel and the hostess told me to go to Stephanie’s I wanted a dine I. experience and she told me about this location. She encouraged me to call, so glad I did ! A lovely cheerful associate answered and told me to absolutely come on over ( I had a flight in 3 hours back to Canada). Within 15mins I arrived and was seated within 5 mins of arrival. Luckily the person who seated me was the same person who took my called recognized my voice and identified herself Deyione is the ultimate brand Ambadassor for the Stephanie Brand. The service and quality of food is on par to 5 star in LA, NY and Vegas! The food was finger licking good, I had grape Koolaid to drink, ( childhood memories) the corn bread melted in my mouth. The collards were well cooked with smoked turkey, melted in my mouth, the meatloaf and chicken was so good to top off with the peach cobbler and sweet potatoes pie . Let’s just say I got to the airport an hour before my flight. The food, ambience , service made me stay longer than I intended. I cannot believe the price for the quality of food I enjoyed. These cooks could cater a wedding! I will definitely be back to Stephanie’s! Deyione I hope to see you and your team again, however I image with the quality of service you deliver I fear I may not have the pleasure again! Keep well and keep doing what you all do!
Both the best turkey wing and best meatloaf I’ve ever tasted! Catfish was perfect too! Get the side of squash and okra with whatever protein you get… and peach cobbler or sweet potato pie for dessert!
My family and I of about 25 people went to eat here for the first time at this restaurant. This past weekend for my aunt's birthday. I will say we were seated within 10 minutes. The atmosphere was really nice and relaxing. There was plenty of room for the seating. As for our waiter, she was awesome, very patient, and speedy with her service. Please note that any party over 8, I believe it was, they include the gratuity to the bill. Okay, the food it was around 12 to ,15 for a meal, but you had a big quantity of food. Everything was delicious, hot, and fresh. I absolutely love the collar greens, but I had a problem with the macaroni and cheese. I did not like it at all. Please note that the building can use a lot of updating. But it's like your hole in the wall with a hiding jewel restaurant. But as for me and my family, we would definitely be back to visit.
We ate here on Jan. 31 with our good old friend, Dave, after many years and after a long day of traveling. First question: 'Y'all want some sweet tea?' Do you need to ask twice? The catfish was great, the grits were awesome. Mac and cheese was amazing. Atmosphere was just right. Nothing fancy. Thanks for the service and the great food! We can see why you're popular.
Several of my colleagues recommended this establishment for lunch, and I must say, their suggestion proved to be quite felicitous. We were promptly seated, and our orders were taken with impressive efficiency. In fact, the food arrived so swiftly that our waitress scarcely had time to enter the orders into the system. I opted for the meatloaf sandwich, which was executed flawlessly—rich, savory, and satisfying. The sweet tea was prepared to perfection, achieving the ideal balance of sweetness. I also decided to take home some of their chicken broccoli casserole for my girlfriend, and we both concurred that it was exceptional. To cap off the meal, I ordered a piece of their fried cheesecake to enjoy later, and it, too, proved to be utterly delightful. This establishment will certainly remain on our list of dining destinations for the future.
The family and I traveled from Virginia to Stephanie's for a family outing. Anthony was our server and he was awesome. He was on point and very attentive. The food was good and all 23 of us were very satisfied. I got the Fried Turkey wings and they were so good.
First time coming seen on TIKTOK. I ordered the popcorn shrimp plate Absolutely, delicious.Definitely so food not salty at all.I can't deal with a lot of small portion.But Mrs. Stephanie made it right to give me extra shrimp.I appreciate that I will definitely be back again. The food was amazing and our server Lindsay was the best! There was a huge family that came in after us that she was given and she was still attentive to our needs. I loved the R&B music, especially when the staff sings along. Overall a great time and would recommend! Also the greens were seasoned with turkey and not pork which was a bonus for my family!
